MFA Users States

A TrustBuilder MFA user’s states can be one of the following:

  • Pending Activation → the user has been Created but has not yet activated a first device

  • Activated → the user has activated a first device

  • Expired → the user has not used the activation link/code within the time limit

  • Blocked → the user has been blocked by an administrator

  • Pin Blocked → the user has entered the maximum number of erroneous PINs allowed
